Beautiful, immaculate home. The view is stunning! The surrounding area is beautiful as well. There are several restaurants and shops located on the first floor of the building which were very convenient. The owner was friendly and helpful. My family of five (two adults and three teens) felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Jesús was an excellent host—always available and quick to answer our questions, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: full of natural light, spotlessly clean, and with a beautiful view. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing, yet close enough to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Pefect location to beautiful pools, just steps away from the patio. For the most time we had the pool to ourselves.

Our stay at this beautiful property was truly unforgettable. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials including, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, and blender. The living room was a dream, open layout & breathtaking ocean views. The covered porch was perfect for gatherings & we loved using the grill. The gazebo offered a cozy space for conversations while others enjoyed the pool. The pool was perfect, beach towels included. The hammocks were a huge hit. The security gate gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully relax & enjoy our time. Location in the rural southeastern part of the island was a dream, offering a peaceful, serene atmosphere. A standout aspect of our stay was Hector, the property manager, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a perfect experience. Hector was attentive & thoughtful. His kindness and dedication are truly exceptional, making him an invaluable part of the experience. You won’t find another Airbnb with someone as outstanding as him.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. We had a magical family vacation at Casa del Sol! The house was well equipped and exactly as pictured. The views were remarkable! The town of Patillas was friendly, kind and peaceful! We loved the local restaurants. Carla and Irene were both responsive when we had a question or needed a recommendation. We felt right at home! Traveling with three young kids (9, 7 with special needs and 5) can be so stressful but I can honestly say this trip was stress free AND enjoyable! One of the best family vacations we have ever had! Thank you to Carla and Irene!

this place was fabulous! clean, comfortable, and right on the water. we enjoyed some genuine rest and relaxation against a beautiful ocean backdrop. john was responsive and accommodating. we enjoyed our time so much!

most beautiful and exceptional homes I've ever stayed in. The entire house was spotless, and every room, bathroom, kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Even my brother, who has stayed at many Airbnbs, said he had never seen a place so thoughtfully and thoroughly prepared. It was clear that the host put a lot of care into every detail. Also grateful for all the amenities: fishing rods, kayaks, beach toys, life vests, and even small but thoughtful items like insect repellent and sunblock—everything was there! But the absolute highlight of this house is... the amazing terrace balcony right inside the home. You can spend all day there fishing, eating, relaxing—it’s like having your own private paradise. And the sunset view from the balcony is simply magical—an unforgettable moment that you won’t find anywhere else. The ocean is peaceful and private all day long, yet just a short drive away, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores forconvenience. I highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I can't recommend it enough! The apartment was impeccably clean, making it a comfortable and inviting space to return to after a day of exploring. Located in a perfect spot, I found it incredibly easy to access all the local attractions while enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The host was outstanding—very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the entire booking process seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking views! Waking up to such a beautiful sight each morning was truly a delight. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Greg's place is awesome. We had a great time as family. The grill was a plus. Beautiful view to the beach. I loved every morning drinkg my coffee looking at the ocean. Definitely will stay again soon.

Staying at Miguel’s home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Miguel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful view, very spacious, very comfortable beds ( most beds cause me back pains but this one did not…. We are used to very soft beds.. the master bed mattress wasn’t super soft, but definitely not hard either… A good middle ground. ) Before booking I was concerned with 3 things… 1) Safety of neighborhood = We couldn’t feel any safer any where else… A very safe & secure community. Secured gates to pass through with security patrolling the community. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed evening rides after a day at the beach and never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe. 2) losing power with no back up generator = we were there for 5 nights and never lost power. 3) Keeping cool at night = 1 review mentioned the AC not going below 75… I am a hot sleeper and verified with Douglas lowering the temp is not a problem… We kept very cool and appreciated there is an additional split ac unit in the master to ensure a cool nights sleep. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning

where do I start. this condo was amazing. we had come to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday at Playa del Mar. Everyone in the family could not believe how fabulous this place was. Once I told them what I paid for 7 days they were shocked. This was very fair price rental. I had my family stay in other condos in Playa del Mar and they said our place was so much nicer and spacious then there Airbnb rentals. This place has options to be rented as 1 bedroom. Friends say they would come back and rent here do to how amazing it was. they security at gate was so nice and helpful. steps aways from the pool and hot tub there it's open til 1pm. nature sounds when on the balcony and beautiful birds to see while sitting outside in mornings on balcony with some coffee. I was happy that family really wanted to come visit our place and loved it. I had to forward this Airbnb to family and friend that were asking. Family members loved the golf course and golf cart rental to get around.
