Where do i start? Comunication with Juan was excelent. Check in was fast and simple, Awsome location. You can walk to the beach, to the restaurant, to the malecón. The malecón have a few locals spot to dance, kareoke etc. I loved Juan property, just perfect to relax, comfortable, very nice and crean. I recomend it 200%. Lo recomiendo 200%. Nos agradó los alrededores, el poder caminar al malecón, estar frente a la playa. La propiedad de Juan es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Ansiosos por volver.

What an amazing stay! This location is beautiful and so is the hospitality. The place had everything I needed to have a good night's rest. And the host was wonderful as well. Very clean and comfortable place out in the country...but still within minutes of downtown Yabucoa. I took lots of pictures of the outside surroundings. Stay here, you won't regret it!

It was my 55th birthday. We were 14 people, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Everything was nice and neat, the place is beautiful and quiet, perfect to be relax, you don't need to leave the house at all, photos don't do justice for the place, view and sunrise. Hector is super accessible and communicative. My whole family loved it. We are definitely coming back.

Casa Bellísimo was amazing to stay at! We loved having such a beautiful home to wake up in. The beach access, neighborhood, and pool were perfect for our trip. Folks should know that the driveway is located on a busy street and be mindful when approaching. You will also hear traffic noise when in the house. The acoustics sometimes make it feel as if they are closer than they are. Our only issues were the motion sensor lights outside disrupting our sleep often. We couldn’t figure out a way to turn them off while staying and ended up hanging towels over the windows - they are quite bright! That being said, Hector was amazing and very responsive at all times! We would definitely be back again!

Amazing stay. So beautiful!

We had a magical family vacation at Casa del Sol! The house was well equipped and exactly as pictured. The views were remarkable! The town of Patillas was friendly, kind and peaceful! We loved the local restaurants. Carla and Irene were both responsive when we had a question or needed a recommendation. We felt right at home! Traveling with three young kids (9, 7 with special needs and 5) can be so stressful but I can honestly say this trip was stress free AND enjoyable! One of the best family vacations we have ever had! Thank you to Carla and Irene!

First I'd like to thank John so much for accommodating us so last minute. We had a bit of an emergency switch and he was able to help us out within less than an hour or contacting him. Communication was quick and easy. He also immediately gave us some information on the local events and restaurants to check out. The house was immaculately kept and the manager turned on the air conditioning for us before we got there so it was nice and cool when we stepped in. The veiw from the patio was absolutely gorgeous and it was the perfect spot to kick back and unwind. So badly needed!! House was well stocked, loved that they have basic staples (salt, pepper, coffee filters and such) to get you through a couple days. There's a grocery store 7 minutes away that was decedent. You need a car for this area to fully enjoy it. Check out was a breeze and he even let us check out a tad late as no one was scheduled to arrive the same day. Watch for manatees!!! So cute!
