Beautiful place to stay. In the morning we'd drink a coffee while watching hot air ballons pass in the distance, in the evenings we'd be in the hot tub as the stars came out. Was very comfortable for our whole family. No doubt we'd stay here again the next time we're in Sedona.

Really enjoyed our time at the house! It was a perfect home base for our family to visit some of the beautiful sites of Sedona. We really appreciated being able to grab groceries and make our own meals / hiking snacks; it really helped to have the well-stocked kitchen and cookware. The beds were very comfortable, perfect for recharging after the day’s excursions. Quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for us as we are a small family with a young child, so we weren’t going to stay up late or make tons of noise. Backyard was very nicely laid out with the fire pit, bocce court, and hot tub. This place delivered in every category and we would gladly stay again next time we visited.

Joel's place was the nicest Airbnb my friends and I have stayed in. Beautifully appointed, kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed for cooking, even had spices, olive oil and vinegar and coffee and teas. Bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the hot tub and sauna were wonderful amenities after hiking. Loved the plush towels and lovely soaps, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The living room was a cozy place to hang out, with room for a dining room table that was just right for the three of us. I highly recommend Joel's place, and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay! We fully utilized the kitchen, which had everything we needed to pack lunches to bring to the Grand Canyon. The space was clean and very comfortable. The place is far enough away from the town that the stars are gorgeous at night. The road getting to the Airbnb is a bit rough (super bumpy), so just beware of that.

Gary hosted us as Carolyn was recovering from surgery, it was a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping to look at. It was nice to. One back to at the end of the day and relax and enjoy the “view” Thank you for a lovely vacation.

My two teenagers and I had the opportunity to stay with Pam and Carlos during our recent four-day visit to Sedona. The home was just what we wanted. Roomy (especially important with teens that want their own space), modern, clean, very comfortable, and close to town. The neighborhood was lovely and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Pam and Carlos are fantastic hosts, very friendly and pro-active from the moment we made the reservation to when our trip came to an end. I would recommend them as hosts and their home to anyone making a trip to Sedona.

Staying here was an absolute delight. The views were breathtaking, and the location was perfect — close to many restaurants and attractions, all within a short drive. The host clearly put thoughtful detail into creating a comfortable and welcoming space. The sitting patio and cozy bed were especially wonderful, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, with families often seen walking nearby. Overall, this home is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and a fantastic choice for anyone’s lodging needs.
