Cozy 130 m2 house near nature and Christmas festivities. The walk to Santa Claus village is 700 m from the front door. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe. There is a small hill for children to play sledding in the backyard. The nearest grocery store 1,4 km from the house. The house is equipped with a recently renovated sauna and there is a possibility to enjoy aurora borealis and reindeer from the outside patio if you are lucky. The house is ideal for familes and couples.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Arctic Heather Hideaway is a peaceful 21.5 m² guesthouse just 10 km from Rovaniemi center and 6 km from Santa Claus Village and Rovaniemi Airport. It offers a cozy living area with a double bed, light kitchenette, and private bathroom. Guests can relax in a traditional wood-heated sauna prepared by the hosts. Mökissä majoittuu isompikin porukka kuitenkin enintään 8 henkilöä. Rantasauna on vapaasti käytettävissä ympärivuoden. Talvisin palju ei ole käytössä. Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Holiday Home Lumimarja

Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.

30m2 korkeatasoinen mökki yksityisellä saarella, luonnon keskellä 30km Rovaniemeltä. Mökki on parhaimmillaan kahdelle hengelle. Upeat maisemat, kalastus, marjastus ja hiihtomahdollisuudet heti ulosastuessasi. Vieraiden käytössä grillikota, laituri, puulämmitteinen sauna sekä kesäisin myös puulämmitteinen palju. Saaressa ei ole muita vuokratessasi mökin.
