We enjoyed our stay The view of the city was breathtaking. We spent our mornings just sitting in the balcony, sipping tea, and soaking in the peaceful vibe of the island, gently rocking in the chairs. The host was warm and welcoming. He even met us at the pier late at night after the ferry and gave us a ride to the house — such a thoughtful gesture. The house itself had the charm of an old, cozy home, with wooden furniture, soft rugs, blankets, and lots of cushions — it felt like a warm hug. We stayed at the end of April for about five days. It was a bit chilly inside because of the sea breeze, and we couldn’t really adjust the indoor temperature, but the thick blankets and endless cups of Turkish tea made it perfectly bearable.

der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch, und die drei Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr groß und fein. Die Küche hat alles, die zwei Badezimmer passen auch wunderbar. die Lage ist super, ruhig, und ein Supermarkt und die Gastrozeile sind in Gehdistanz. im Summe eine super Wohnung!

Haftasonunu geçirmek için tercih etmiştin, bu ev sayesinde geçirdiğim en iyi haftasonlarından biriydi. Ev inanılmaz huzurlu, her ayrıntısı inanılmaz güzel. Son derece temizdi. Balkonda deniz manzarasına karşı oturmak inanılmaz keyifli. Burcu hanım da çok tatlıydı, baştan sona bizimle ilgilendi. Kedisi Luna da bir o kadar tatlıydı, haftasonumuza renk kattı. Her şey dahil şahane bir deneyimdi.

Öncelikle evin dekorasyon ve tasarımı gerçekten muhteşemdi. Gerçekten çok sıcak bir ortamı vardı. Konuklar için her detay düşünülmüş. Sunulan ürünlerin tamamı vegan ve çevre dostu ürünler olması önemli bir detaydı. Serin sayılabilecek bir haftasonu olmasına rağmen kombi ile rahat biçimde ısındık. Gökçe & Derya konuklarını gerçekten "konuk" olarak gören son derece nazik ve yardımsever insanlar. Bize her konuda hızlı biçimde dönüş sağladılar. Sundukları olanaklar ve yardımları için teşekkürler.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Gayet güzel karşılandık , mühit temiz ve düzenliydi sadece battaniyelerin tekrardan yıkanması gerekiyor onun haricinde temizlik iyiydi konum kolay yerdeydi park sıkıntısı yaşamadık yol kenarında olmasına rağmen araç sesi nerdeyse duymadık. Yazın klima gerekebilir sadece. Herşey için teşekkürler

Everything was in order. Very useful room for an airport stopover, about 20 mins on the train and 10 minute walk from the station. I would use again if i have a stopover at SAW.

Son derece memnun kaldık, kötü diyebileceğim hiç bir şey yoktu. Nevresim takımları havlular her şey tertemizdi. Evde her şey mevcuttu ve ekstra hiç bir şeye ihtiyaç duymadık. Şehir manzarası kesinlikle büyüleyici. Tekrar giderim 🙃

Konumda mağazalar, restoranlar yakın. Ulaşım kolay. Anadolu yakasında kalmak isteyen herkesin bir şans vermesini tavsiye ederim.

Ottimo soggiorno in un quartiere tranquillo a Kadikoy. Casa pulita e calda. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Acqua calda con pressione. Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi, tanti posti nei dintorni per mangiare e bere. Il host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste e oltre questo ci ha permesso anche di fare il check In anticipato. Grazie! Piccole cose da migliorare: La posizione del letto solo da un lato è un problema quando vuoi spostarti. Il frigorifero fa troppo rumore ogni tanto. La posizione della lavatrice vicino alla WC non è comoda, soprattutto per persone grandi e alte.

The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Bosporus—it was absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which was a perfect escape from the busy city, yet still close to everything I needed. It’s just minutes away from markets and great local restaurants, which made daily errands and dining out super fun and convenient. Inside, everything was modern and new, with all the amenities you’d expect, and described. It truly felt like a home away from home. Melih's place was exceptionally good! Booked this apartment because of the cozy and homey feel it had, and once checked in, it did not disappoint. Melih was very responsive from the first request, incredibly friendly and helpful host, offered to go above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable unique one in a city I often visit. The check in was smooth and very flexible. As soon as I got to the apartment, I was in awe of how well it was thought of, how clean it was, and I mean extremely clean (this is coming from an OCD person for clean places). there was everything you need for a comfortable stay that felt like staying at a family home. The location is also very convenient as described. Every single detail in the apartment, from the toiletries in the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the ornaments and artwork in the entire apartment, and oh, the googly eyes on simple imperfections to make them humorous, and I cannot stop mentioning how clean the floors and carpets were. Thank you!

Stay on the Asian side and STAY HERE! A block from a grocer, street vendors everywhere, cafes everywhere, restaurants everywhere, 15 min walk to ferries, 15 to underground, 10 to the boardwalk along the water, etc etc Worried about that one person who rated her low because of rules?? Here are the rules: “Please don’t wear shoes in the house” and “Please don’t have parties and non registered guests here” Totally acceptable. You’ll llive her place, her communication, and the neighborhood I stayed 2 months+ and loved it.
