Expect to see deer grazing the property seemingly unaware of quite spectators as the sun starts to rise and burns off the morning dew. Our place is newly remodeled and ready for your stay.

Family Cottage on Williamstown Lake Near the Ark

Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

Doug and Lana reside on the main floor of their ranch-style home, while the apartment is situated in the finished lower level (basement). Surrounded by Northern Kentucky’s rolling hills and set on a family farm near a wooded area, Hickory Ridge provides a tranquil escape ideal for unwinding.

Red Fox Ridge Cabin Retreat - *No Cleaning Fee*

Unwind at this secluded retreat nestled quietly at the end of a wooded country road, along a rolling creek. The cabin was originally two cabins erected in the 1850s. In the 1970s, artist Jim Simon dismantled the log cabins and re-erected them on the Simon Family Farm. Red Fox Ridge was named for the red fox often spotted running the ridge overlooking the river. Beautiful tiny cabin in the sugar bush situated on our working produce farm. A calm, relaxing retreat far away from the rush, but close enough for convenience. Sleep in the serenity of the woods and wake to the rooster crowing. A short jaunt to many of the regions wonderful outdoor adventures, abundant fishing, canoeing, swimming and hiking. Just a short 40 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Plenty of access to the farm's fresh eggs, maple syrup, honey and fresh produce.

100 Acre Relaxing Retreat Near ARK - The Cottage

Coffee on the front porch, watching the sunsets, and being visited by the resident farm dogs. These are the top things guests enjoy during their time at this two bedroom farmhouse style cottage. This quaint, two bedroom cottage is located on a piece of land that lies in the rolling, bluegrass covered hills of Kentucky. It is a place where the fireflies beckon children to come and play a game of chase; where a babbling brook whispers “come and explore”.

Tiny Home/Newly Renovated/5 miles to ARK

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.

The York House at Catawba Farm

NEW RENOVATIONS FOR 2024! New Huge Primary Bedroom with En Suite!! Total of 2.5 bathrooms! Catawba farm is located at the actual site of the former town of Catawba. The town of Catawba in the late 1800’s had a blacksmith shop, general store, school, church, train station and pop. ~110. You will feel the history as you explore the 99 acre farm taking in the beautiful scenery or relaxing at the beautifully renovated farmhouse.

Enjoy small town charm in a cozy, newly remodeled apartment that sits over top of a farm to table cafe. We've given thoughts to all the comforts of home, from the freshly roasted coffee (ask to see our roaster), to the fresh plants (take some cuttings home!) and comfortable outdoor cafe patio upstairs. Come downstairs for fresh baked cinnamon rolls or coffee or create yourself a dish in the fully equipped kitchen.
