Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Family-friendly Pentwater cottage w/ big yard

Located in the quaint lakeside town of Pentwater, our property is the perfect vacation spot any time of year. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Grandma’s House is located 3.5 miles away from downtown Scottville, 20 minutes from Stearns Park beach in Ludington, 31 minutes from Little 'O' ORV trails, several bike trails within driving distance and 2.5 miles from the Pere Marquette River. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Waterfront Cottage by Silver Lake & Pentwater

Enjoy your own private waterfront on beautiful Crystal Lake! Our updated, 768 sq ft cottage has just about everything you need for a weekend or week long stay! Use our 2 kayaks to explore the lake. It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. "Sailing" Cabin #1, Pentwater Lake

"Sailing" is roughly 400 square feet with an open floor plan and sleeps 6, between the double bed, bunk beds, and sofa sleeper. The living room features a sofa, chairs, and flat screen smart tv. The cabin has an updated bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The rental also provides access to paddle boats, kayaks, and paddle boards, as available. The cabin sits on a couple of wooded acres on the lake, providing waterfront and woods with plenty to do.
