It’s just a leisurely stroll from both the beach and the centre of Perranporth, yet tucked away in peaceful countryside with a sunny garden bordered by a stream, often visited by friendly wild ducks. For those who enjoy walking the south west coast path is just a few minutes stroll from this pet friendly property; Walk to St.Agnes to the south or Holywell Bay and Newquay to the north. At the end of the road from the property there is a bus route. Perranporth is a vibrant village boasting a vast beautiful beach with golden sand and good surf.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Godrevy

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Godrevy is a newly renovated coastal retreat attached to a family home with separate entrance with key safe and private parking. Perfect for couples the spacious lounge/diner has a fitted kitchen, central heating, comfy sofa with 43 inch smart television and wifi. (15 min) In Perranporth you will find many amenities including grocery shops, butcher, baker and choice of Pubs and Restaurants/ take away.
