We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

Fantastic cottage for 2. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Loacation is great with easy walking distance to Centre of town. Would stay again.

Fantastic house - really comfortable and well located. The location is great right beside the shop. We also enjoyed using the leisure club, the claghsn inn and Skoosh. Easy access to the quieter side of Loch Lomond was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

A great place to spend your vacation, or just a few days to relax and get away from the routine. Very attentive host and great to negotiate with.

Beth's place was quiet but still within walking distance to everything we needed. This is a great place for families and friends! The bus station is down the hill, making it a breeze to get to City Center. The train is a nice walk through the park. I highly recommend Beth's place😄

Great place for us as home away from home whilst working in the area. Plenty of home comforts and nothing to much trouble. will book when next in the area

The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Ross was efficient and friendly, quick response to messages. Very clean and a nice garden. Pub in the village has great food and friendly staff so would recommend that also Only issue we had was that we struggled with hot water in the showers sometimes. The water was either freezing cold or too hot in the upstairs double. Overall a cosy stay and we would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at the Trail House. the cottage is perfectly located for walking and cycling in the glentress forest, and is walking distance to the local pub/restaurant. the house was perfectly set up for everything we needed, and Hayley was a super responsive and flexible host.

Had just a single nights stay for work nearby but the perfect place to lay my head! Quiet, comfortable and had everything I needed. Great communication with Jamie the host, easy check-in and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if working nearby.

Lovely property. Milk in the fridge when we arrived and fresh towels laid out with was a very thoughtful touch. Would stay again.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Mark was great and we loved our stay. Amazing location and really added to our vacation. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, beautiful Kelvingrove park 1 min away. Only minor thing was very creaky floors upstairs especially in largest bedroom, tough for very light sleepers. All in all would stay again, excellent place. Thanks Mark!

We found the house to comfortable and clean, the beds were great with good quality mattresses and linen. The lounge was very comfortable and a good size. It was good to have the drive way as the streets around had a lot of cars fighting for space. The house is in an estate that has some really run down properties/areas but the house itself is next to some nice friendly neighbours (Annie with the two Chihuahuas!) We found it to be quiet at night. The cons: quite far away from town, you could walk but it's about 30 mins. There are some niggly issues with squeaky hinges, dodgy door handles and a window that wouldn't shut properly in the bathroom, but these were irritations rather than deal breakers. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Brian is a very welcoming host. we had a lovely warm comfortable stay for the New Year celebrations. Easy walk to the Battle of Bannockburn site.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

My (now) husband and I were looking for somewhere unique to get married, we knew it was going to be a very small wedding and we seen this house on here and just fell in love with it. I messaged Angela and explained about wanting to hold our wedding here and asked if it would be okay, she was extremely quick to respond and allowed us to hold it there. It was pure perfection. I wish we could do it all over again!! The house itself is absolutely amazing. Rooms are huge, we loved having an en suite and being able to use it without having a child wanting us to hurry up as they needed something or wanted in to use it lol. I'd recommend this house to anyone and everyone. We will definitely be back again as it will always hold a very special place in our hearts ♥️

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Perth verbracht. Bei durchgehend traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir den fantastischen Garten genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit Blick über Perth. Es war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die verschiedenen Highlights Schottlands zu erkunden. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

The house was beautiful, very spacious and extremely clean. The living area had lots of space with comfy sofas and footstools. There was a massive collection of dvds and books. The garden was peaceful, with garden furniture and a great view of the sea. We had 4 of us plus a baby which meant to bottom floor was ideal for the baby and mother and the rest of us were on the top floor. The view from the upstairs bedrooms were stunning. We walked the coast to the local villages and the village its self had great cafes and restaurants and an award winning chippy! We had the best stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the host for letting us stay, your house is beautiful.
