The Woodland Hive and Forest Spa

The Woodland Hive is a four-season geodesic glamping dome and outdoor Nordic spa located in a private getaway surrounded by forest on a hobby farm and apiary. The space has an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue, chiminea and yard. Included is a forest spa experience. Soak all of your stress away in the cedar hot tub and relax in the cedar wood-fired sauna. It’s a perfect escape outside of the city, but still close to several attractions along the Fundy coast. There is a private walking trail to Demoiselle Creek. We are situated on a quiet country road just 10 minutes from the world famous Hopewell Rocks, 35 minutes from Fundy National Park and the City of Moncton. The nearby village of Hillsborough with Cafes, Restaurants, bakery and a grocery store is just a short 10 minute drive.

The cottage features a loft with a queen memory foam mattress, a fully stocked kitchenette and a separate composting toilet and hot outdoor shower. The cabin is dry but has refillable water for sinks and is fully electrified. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh, wood point and Fort Béausajour from the large cedar deck.

Keep an eye out in the backyard for deer in the morning, visit the rabbits and chickens, and gather around the campfire in the evening to watch the stars appear.
