Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans ce logement très agréable et très bien aménagé. Très bien situé, à quelques pas de la mer et proche de la vieille ville, à voir absolument. La gare est située à quelques minutes de l’appartement ainsi que des magasins et restaurants. Hastings est une très jolie ville, parfaite pour visiter la région!

We loved our stay at Sandy Toes! It’s a fantastic property with three generous double bedrooms, one with an ensuite and balcony, one with a terrace and its own living space, and one next to the main bathroom. A very well equipped kitchen with a lovely balcony that catches the sun in the afternoons and you can see the sunset over the neighbouring properties. Just a few minutes walk to the dunes and main beach, and a few minutes more to the dog friendly beach from 1 May to 30 September. A well equipped store with beach chairs, buckets and spades and even sledges for the dunes. We did a circular walk to Rye, gladly taking Lisa’s recommendation for Sunday Lunch at the Globe Inn, just a few minutes walk from Rye with its beautiful shops. We also did a circular walk to the nature reserve, stopping for tea and cake in the Discovery Centre. Lisa was an excellent host, with proactive communication, highlighting local events and recommendations for pubs and restaurants. We hope to come back!

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

We had a great 3 night stay at Xavier’s air bnb. Brilliant location right near the beach with bars and restaurants nearby. The Airbnb itself was a great space for 7 of us with all amenities we needed. Communication was great, any issues were sorted immediately and flexible with check in and check out. There is only one bathroom which was difficult at times but other than that it was a great space for a bigger group. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location with the beach less than 5 minutes away local shops less than 10 minutes away, and the town centre around 15 minutes away, once you park up you don't need to use your car. Peaceful with everything you need. A lovely garden, with a wooden cabin to use.

Marge is an absolute haven. A beautifully equipped house, seconds from the beach for icy sea dips, great Kemptown brunch spots and an easy walk into Brighton for all the fun of the Laines. We brought our baby and Rich and Charlie could not have been more helpful (lovely cot and highchair). The house is so thoughtfully laid out and even some complimentary champagne to celebrate our anniversary. It felt so quiet and a real retreat from the pace of the city centre. The house is stunning- the hosts equally excellent. Thank you!

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

This is a fantastic setting. It has a view I could never tire of, with huge skies and fantastic sunsets. We had lambs just on the other side of the small waterway just outside the deck, which was a bonus! There were lots of different birds and wildlife to see without leaving home. The beach is just a short walk away and there are many places of interest to visit which are a short drive away, including Winchelsea Village, which is beautiful Rye and Dungeness. The place itself is brilliant value. It's clean and comfortable and everything you need. I wish we could stay longer and can't wait to be back. Sara was a great host and came back very quickly to answer queries.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

This was our second stay. The home is spacious and has great amenities, spotlesslyclean too. The local beach is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely time away the caravan is immaculately clean everything has been thought of down to the last detail It’s a real gem The balcony is lovely really nice furniture with a beautiful view of the lake the added touch of the trellis really makes a difference it brightens up the outside space and also good for the dogs The host are really welcoming and made us feel comfortable was always available to help I would highly recommend the accommodation for the high standard of cleanliness it’s equipped with everything you need The views are beautiful And the host are always there help & friendly Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely holiday home we had a wonderful week x

This 6 bedroom house is perfect for a group of friends who want a holiday for a reasonable price. 5 minute walk from the beach, shops round the corner, everything was just perfect. Hazel is very friendly and proactive with her responses and we will definitely be re visiting this location. Organising 14 of us to get away on holiday was stressful but the house being so perfect helped so much. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Hazel!

Great location . beach access. over the dunes. 2 nights stay . with family of 8 adults 4 children . ample space . Fantastic time and we were fortunate to have good weather for a bbq. sonia &Lee & family ..

This was our fourth time at Jane's home. We always have a brilliant time and this was no exception. We love the little quirky features of the house, the location right on the beach and always feel very comfortable and at home. Thanks Jane - I'm sure we'll be back again!

We had a lovely stay at Kate’s place! A great location for a family get together near the beach. There are lovely cafes & deli’s within walking distance in Sandgate. And the location was also great for exploring Folkestone & the local area. A fab spacious home, we would stay again! Thanks Kate as well for helping with the heating & being really responsive with messages, it really made a difference :)

We've been doing self-catering for decades and this is now top of our list. Our welcome package was a generous and thoughtful assortment of seasonal goodies, catering for both adults and little ones. We didn't venture far from the house as the children were more than happy with the beach at the front and the large back garden; the icing on the cake was hearing the toot toot of the little steam train and running to the end of the garden to wave as it chugged past. Jo was so flexible with arrival and departure times. That extra couple of hours on the final day meant we could end our holiday with a lie-in and a leisurely family breakfast, rather than the usual frantic rush. The house is tastefully furnished and well stocked with children's toys. It's very dog -friendly too, with treats, blankets and a safe garden for a runaround. I would highly recommend the Beach House.

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.
