Conveniently located from I-70 at exit 10, The Patch is an old country home on a busy road in northern rural Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off an open office area, two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the laundry area and kitchen. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

One of two houses on the property (we live in the other) designed and built in 1920 as a summer residence for a local family.
