77 Washington is tucked along the shores of the Kennebec River in Bath. Centrally located along the coast between Boothbay Harbor and Freeport, both of which are about 30 min drive. We are adjacent to the South End Boat Launch, your portal to the open ocean! The cottage is just a short walk to the Maine Maritime Museum and only 15 miles from both Popham Beach State Park and Reid State Park. Master bedroom has private balcony and first floor offers cute galley kitchen and screened porch.

Gorgeous riverside studio, the smaller of two AirBnB houses on the same property on the outskirts of beautiful and historic Bath, Maine. Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
