Great place to stay! Has everything you need, and the host was kind and attentive!

I was only come to pnom penh to stays at andy’s place, his place give you the experience as if you are someone who lives in a movie. The balcony is my favorite spot. However if you looking place where you can cook while stay it’s not really suite to what you are looking cause the kitchen is not working, but they have washing machine, so you don’t really have to worry about laundry and dirty clothes while you are traveling. Overall it has been nothing but to match my expectation, love it!

Fantastisk Airbnb 👏🏼 Jeg boede i lejligheden sammen med min hustru og 3-årige søn. Der var rigeligt med plads til os i den store seng. Der var rent og pænt ved ankomst, og den hyggelige indretning gjorde at man med det samme følte sig hjemme 👏🏼 Lejligheden har alt hvad du kan have brug for, og hvis ikke, kan Juan helt sikkert skaffe det. Juan gav os tips til stort set alt i byen, så vi kunne ikke have ønsket os en bedre guide! Han var altid til rådighed hvis vi havde spørgsmål, og var bare super imødekommende. Tusind tak for det 🙏🏼 Vi nød den fredelige beliggenhed, og udsigten udover floden. Kommer vi tilbage til PP, ved vi hvor vi skal bo!

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and a great base to explore the city. Transport available immediately to access the sites through the Grab app, which the host has recommended we use. The guards and staff on reception were exceptionally pleasant and really great with our 5 year old daughter. The local amenities are plentiful and only a short tuktuk ride to most other areas of the city. The host was extremely helpful and would respond very quickly to anything. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a home away from home in Phnom Penh.

I recently stayed at Juan’s apartment and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short or long-term stay. The view from the unit was stunning and the building itself offered great amenities like a gym, pool, and 24/7 security. The location is central and convenient, close to cafes, shopping malls, pharmacy store and many street food. Juan were professional and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Overall, a great place to stay in the city—I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Stunning view, very good value for money, not a big place but for a few nights it’s fine. Host a as very good and friendly. The elevator was very slow! But still overall enjoyable stay

really nice apartment to stay at for a month. internet was great, the host was super helpful. the gym, pool and badminton courts were a great perk (though you have to pay for it, it was very well maintained and never too crowded). the view of the stadium is also really good. grocery stores, sim card store, cafes were all nearby and uber/tuktuks came within 1 min whenever required.

Exactly as pictures. Very clean when checked in. The rooms have good odor. The host is very responsive and helpful in guiding surrounding activities. 5/5

Really nice location for us and the dib club was opposite which we used alot
