It’s conveniently situated near all the best local shopping spots, making it easy to explore—whether you stroll or hop in a quick taxi. This place is a dream for larger groups! With three spacious rooms, each boasting a private bathroom, everyone will have a slice of comfort. The expansive living room and dining area are ideal for gathering together, and the well-equipped kitchen with washing facilities is a fantastic bonus. And let’s not forget the hosts, Jacob and Surapong! They are delightful—always responsive and incredibly friendly, making your stay even more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time here and can’t recommend it highly enough! It’s a fantastic experience!

The host is extremely responsive and even so helpful in all matters. The area is just awesome if you want real authentic Bangkok. BTS Udom suk is 3 minutes walk away. And outside you’ll just have everything you need from markets, supermarkets to restaurants, massage and even bars. This area became my new favorite in Bangkok! Very recommendable!

we have stayed at this same location two times in the past month. we have found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and responsive to any question. I would not only recommend staying at this location, but I hope to and plan to stay at this location again in the upcoming future.

By far the best Airbnb experience since I started in 2018. A holiday to remember for my family of 11, including 4 grandchildren. A beautiful building, tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. Master bedroom was to die for! Very close to Lumphini Park, it’s like the Mayfair of Bangkok. Very quiet with easy transport links, supermarkets and restaurants. Taxi drivers found us with ease. Our apartment had 6 bedrooms, all en-suite. The pool table and white grand piano were a big hit. A small gym and massage chair too for our exclusive use. There was even a large pool on the 2nd floor which we used often. The staff were truly amazing. Service with a smile. One of my granddaughters had broken a lamp, we called reception (24hrs), they came in the morning, swept up thoroughly without kicking up a fuss about the breakage. Drinking water was delivered within minutes of requesting. There was even a house tuktuk for free shuttle to the BTR station. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars

Clean and for an appartment in that area of the City pretty quiete. Easy to find and Check-in, Everything you Need in close Range. We Head a leaking pipe from the aircondition, causing small leaks on the bathroom floor.

I had a great stay here. Host is very kind and always reply quickly for convenience. This accomodation is same as description on this page. It’s so clean and comfortable. I recommand it for traveller to explore around Bangkok.
