Nina was a wonderful host - always helpful and responsive and left wonderful welcome goodies for us. The property was perfect, well kept, great location, and just beautiful and comfortable. Just a note for others visiting - a large car will have trouble in the underground parking garage. My husband's car was fine there. We had to bring 2 cars so finding street parking for my big van was difficult, but that is not the hosts fault, of course. Just a note to be aware of if you're visiting. :) Many hikers seem to park on that street, plus the residents and it is always full. Everything was great at the apartment! Thank you!

Our second time staying in one of Andreas’ places. A great stay, within 20 mins walk to town. Hot water takes a while to kick in and we could have done with an additional towel for our toddler but all in all a pleasant stay.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhigen Gegend.. sehr gemütlich und mit Blick auf Berge.. Klaus ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.. die Unterkunft verfügt über ein modernes Badezimmer.. Wohnung verfügt über alles nötige, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. - Legoland sinds ca 1,5 Std. Fahrzeit - Schloss Neuschwanstein ca. 40 Min.

Superschönes Loft mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein meditativer Blick ins Grüne aus Panoramafenstern. Schöne Spaziergänge auch ohne Auto möglich, aber auch längere Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Nähe möglich. Die Altstädte von Kempten und Isny sind nicht weit weg und einen Besuch wert. Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig und dunkel, und es gab einen krassen Sternenhimmel. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und gross, die Küche mit schönem Geschirr ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Danke für eine wunderbare Auszeit.

Rather small apartment for a family of 4 but very well organised. The resort is great for teenagers and kids. The pool is warm and huge and there are a lot of places for kids to play. 2 very good restaurants are reachable by foot. Lots of activities for families in the area, and a beer bar for adults which is very nice.

Had a really nice stay, apartment had everything that we needed. Richard is very communicative and always available for questions or a quick chat.

Sehr tolle Wohnung in einer schönen Lage. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, wir hatten selten eine so gut ausgestattete FeWo. Sehr sauber u. gepflegt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war komplikationslos, da zuvor alles kommuniziert wurde. Sehr gut organisiert. Auf Rückfragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Was für uns ein wenig schade war, war das Fernsehprogramm. Man hatte kein reguläres Fernsehprogramm. Man sollte sich mit seinem Account anmelden, den wir jedoch nicht haben, da wir kein Samsung TV Zuhause haben. Zu Zeiten der Fußball EM war das schade. Auch, dass man die Kurtaxe für alle Personen für die ganze Zeit entrichten muss, war für uns neu. Wir selbst waren 14 Tage vor Ort und hatten für 4 Tage Besuch... Bisher mussten wir dann Tagesgenau die Taxe bezahlen. Dies sei vom PC System nicht möglich?! Man kann in der Gegend so viel unternehmen. Es ist für jeden was dabei. Auch in Brand selbst gibt es tolle Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.... Es fehlt an nichts!

A perfect spot to be based to get onto the slopes, to enjoy the tranquility of St. Anton and the spectacular views from the living space and balcony. Alex, Samara and Rick were very proactive hosts and we felt right at home in their lovely home. Hope to be back there again next season!
