Chris was a great host! The condo was immaculate, fresh, very clean. Needed home essentials were available. Spectacular view!!! Quiet and peaceful resort. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be a darker shade in the bedroom as hall light still peeked in overnight. Will definitely look Chris' place up next time we're in the area!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

We visited for a family girls vacation and had 7 of us between the ages of 32 and 80. The place was large enough for us to be together in the living room and dining room. Angela had enough towels, beach chairs, and chairs on the deck for us all. We found the furniture and the beds to be very comfortable. The view from the deck and from inside the condo of the beach and the Gulf were spectacular. Our host even ordered perfect weather for us! The sunsets were picturesque! I had a couple of questions while we were there, and Angela answered immediately. Communication is key, and she was definitely on top of it. I felt like she really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. We did not want to leave, but all 7 of us agreed that it is definitely a place to revisit.

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)

Rondine’s place was everything we were looking for this trip. The place was clean and in a pristine location. The one minute walk to the beach, and walkable restaurants, stores, and shops were great! Rondine was very responsive and a great host, would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo in Indian Shores! Traveling with our two young children, we really appreciated how easy it was to get to the beach—just steps away, making it perfect for a stress-free family vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, especially when our flight plans changed, which made the trip even smoother. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in/ check out was smooth and very detailed instructions were given. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. There’s a Publix about a 7 minute drive from the condo and several excellent restaurants in the area. Greg was always quick to respond and also provided suggestions for local places to eat. We loved our early morning walks on the beach, seeing the dolphins on a few occasions and found the people in the area super friendly! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here. It was an incredible family vacation!

Dania’s condo on Indian Shores is just beautiful! My family and I had so much fun here and would love to come back when the pool and outdoor renovations are complete - the damage caused by Hurricane Helene is just so sad. The beach is amazing! Crystal clear water. Not crowded. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend other families stay here! We left behind at the condo beach toys and more beach towels for others to enjoy and we hope to return next year!

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

The property was on a gorgeous section of the Gulf Coast and the public portions were vwry welk maintained. The condo was pretty and had every convenience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive before , during and after our stay. Top notch

Kayla’s place was exactly what we were looking for in our getaway from the north! It was cozy, super peaceful, and private. All the neighbors were extremely pleasant and welcoming to us during our stay. The location was perfect, very close proximity to the beach, and the community area where the pergola is located is super cute and well maintained. There’s a bunch of chairs for guests to use as well! Everything was perfect, we will definitely be back next year!

I was impressed as soon as I opened the door to Alison’s unit at Boca Ciega Resort. The studio condo was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and updated throughout. The view from the condo was outstanding, overlooking the stunning Boca Ciega Bay. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Alison responded promptly when I encountered a minor issue entering the unit. I highly recommend Alison's place and will definitely return.

Such a beautiful condo! We loved watching the dolphins right off the balcony! We paid for a dolphin tour and our kids said watching at the condo was better! The condo is beautiful and the owners are very responsive! Would stay again!

This place was furnished perfectly ,easy access to the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and fabulous fish market. Nice quiet location. Neighbors are friendly and accommodating. You could not ask for anything more.

We stayed 3 nights at This Condo and loved it. Location was great, close to John's Pass area and easily drivable to most other places. The Condo was very clean and updated. Great view of the Gulf and beautiful beach. The two taller chairs on the patio was a nice addition as there was no need to gaze over the railing to see the stunning views. There was a nice pool and hot tub too on the property that was a nice change from the ocean. The whole property was very clean and well maintained.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

My family of five adults enjoyed our stay, sitting out on balcony in the morning or at night hearing the waves was just what we needed. We had no problem getting around the area, the local trolly stops right outside and we took it all over. The place had everything we need and more, I would highly recommend this place it is great for family or couples.

Will be back for sure. Great location a block from the beach and across the street from grocery store. Beautiful condo with plenty of room and private space for everyone. Micheal was very responsive with all of my questions and had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend getaway with 5 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, cooler, and wagon to haul everything!

The condo was just as expected. Beautiful, clean and in the perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean and right across the street from all the action at Johns pass. Our family felt right at home and there was everything you needed and more for the stay. The host was very tentative and communicated well with us. Definitely will be booking again!

We had an amazing vacation with our adult children. The location was great and the condo was a perfect fit for our group. The condo was beautiful and super clean. Paper towels, toilet paper, soap and laundry detergent were all provided. That was super helpful, although we did replace what we used. There were 2 coolers which was great to have for the beach along with beach chairs and beach towels. We did wish there were just a few extra chairs so that everyone had a chair. We had 7 people in our group and only 4 chairs. We ended up finding a couple extra that people were giving away on the beach. We added those 2 chairs to the collection. Our boys were glad to have a football to toss around on the beach. They did that every day. They did mention that beach cornhole or some other activity would have been nice to have. The boys get bored of just sitting on the beach. We loved the big balcony and enjoyed the super warm hot tub many nights. Beds were very comfortable!
