This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach, 1mile. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

Located on the second floor of of the main house, this 800 sq ft apartment has 2 private entrances, features a shared balcony porch that overlooks the swimming pool and offers coastal Florida breezes through its 10 windows. This spacious apartment is ideal for those who looking for extended stay accommodations.

Arts and Crafts Bungalow Charm

Enjoy a huge room with private bath in our home within walking distance of the amenities that downtown St. Pete has to offer: waterfront parks, restaurants, museums, entertainment and shopping. Check out St. Pete's new pier! "Homemade everything" healthy breakfast provided! We have a beautiful room with a King Size bed! Combine for larger parties. Both rooms are in our home, one upstairs, one down, and have dedicated non-shared bathrooms.
