Welcome to Mimosa! Its all about comfort and relaxation. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with adjustable beds and the master is fully adjustable with vibrating massage and zero gravity. With comfort in mind choose from a firm, medium(2), or a plush bed. Melt the days cares and muscle aches away in the tranquility of the hot tub. The living room has a full body massage chair. Visit nearby Crystal Coast beaches, shopping and military bases. So come visit your favorite marine or enjoy the beaches.

This is an older home. There are permanent stains in the sink and tubs. We are trying to work on other areas of the home as much as we can. We have blackout curtains/shades in the entire home. We have WiFi, Disney plus, ESPN +, Hulu, and items you would need to cook, shower, or clean dishes. We have a washer and dryer (no detergent or fabric softener is supplied anymore unfortunately). We also have a keypad entry for your convenience to check in anytime after check in time, so no need to rush.

We are 1.5 miles away from grocery stores, gas stations and fast food restaurants. Baby friendly items include high chair and stroller. Enjoy country living in the little big town of Jacksonville.

The unit sleeps 4 – 5 and the property allows for parking trailered boats or RV’s.

While visiting your Marine (20 miles to Camp Lejeune) or on a vacation at this private piece of paradise (8 Acres), 20 mins to main gate or 25 mins to New River. Beach is only 25 Mins away. The Little pond is stocked. Beautiful space for Events, small weddings, showers, etc.

“Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City. Less than 1/2 mile away.

The beach is shared with owner and 2 other airbnb's on the same property of 8 acres. owner lives on property, so please be respectful with house rules during ur stay.
