Great views, and only 5 minute walk from world famous Grand Anse beach, & 10 minute drive from MBIA airport. SGU is 10 minutes drive away. St. George town is 10 minutes by bus or taxi. There are excellent supermarkets within 5 to 7 mins by bus or taxi. Buses are just a short 2 minute walk away and cost EC2.50 or USD1.00. VERY HILLY.

Pandy Beach across the street, a 10mins walk to the major grocery store, 15mins to Grand Anse Beach & 3 min walk to Port Louis marina 20 minutes from the airport and a recently renovated unit with new appliances. Note: The unit is located on a main road for convenience but can be noisy for some.

Comfortable modern one bedroom ground floor apartment queen sized bed with additional sofa bed. 3 min drive to SGU, close to beach, airport, restaurants, shopping. Please note, the apartment is located on a hill, hence the breathtaking view. Please note that this apartment is also available for long term rental by SGU students or faculty at a discounted rate.
