Our stay at Nitin’s homestay was nothing short of exceptional. The house was impeccably clean, thoughtfully maintained, and set in a serene, picturesque location — an ideal escape for our annual friends’ getaway. The team was warm, attentive, and ensured we were well cared for throughout our stay. The highlight was the delicious, home-cooked organic meals, each crafted with fresh ingredients and genuine love for hospitality. At Nitin’s suggestion, we engaged a local trekking guide Manish, which added a wonderful sense of adventure and deeper connection to the area. This homestay truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and tranquility. We left with beautiful memories and are already looking forward to returning!

I came here as solo ... didn't expect so much.. seriously it's amazing place ...i would say wow is less than that...surrounding is pristine,pure nature....Such a BLISS Perfect place to unwind & Soak yourself in nature What more one can ask for River ,waterfall ,nature ... Idyllic Haven Heritage is a property situated in the middle of the jungle near Jageshwar Temple. Getting to the property requires a short 200m walk from the road which is a good thing because you are away from the hustle-bustle of traffic, and everyday life. Once you reach the property, you'll feel right at home. It is well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious. What makes this place special is that it's run by locals, providing an authentic experience of Kumaon's local culture. The food offered by the hosts is entirely organic and authentic. If you are looking to try local cuisine, I highly recommend their Kumauni Thali. If you're staying here for 2-3 days, you should visit Jageshwar Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is an ancient temple. You can also go for a jungle walk or a village walk to learn more about the villagers' lifestyle. Overall, I can say this has been one of my best experiences in the Kumaon region. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

My recent stay here was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience.

The place is good, and the people are friendly. Especially, Kapil ji and Uma Ji made the stay very special; they are very cool and know the place well. They were our local guides during our stay. I would recommend the homestay to other tourists also.

The only thing which MAY bother people is the 100-200 mtrs offroading to the property from the main road. Other than that, I must say, it was ONE OF THE BEST stays we've seen so far. Out of our expectations, This was a very clean, peaceful and homely. We never wanted to leave but we had to :) About the food, You don't have access to the kitchen but Mahender and all the caretakers were very proactive and the cook is great and cooks food very well. Of course, you can't expect any authentic cuisine but the Indian / north Indian meals they cook will make you lick your fingers. The food was great. I'll be staying here whenever I'm coming to Jageshwar, period.
