I don’t believe it’s outdated as some reviews state, it’s a Tahoe home that is not modern but cozy. Placer County tax 10%

Full access to gym, hot tubs, shuttle service, etc. Has kitchen, deck with BBQ, fireplace, cable, wifi and washer/dryer. Pull out ottoman and queen bed could accomodate a small family, but it would be a little "cozy." Ideal for 2-3 guests. Recently remodeled with dual lounge chairs and a Murphy bed.
