Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

Stayed here for 11 nights with my wife and three little boys (4yo, 2yo and 5 month old). We absolutely loved our stay. Pool was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. No complaints. We hope to stay there again next year. Brampton Park was very accommodating with our needs, especially for our infant, including assembling a crib in a different room for us. They also put beepers on the door so we could keep track of our boys. This house is in a great neighborhood. Very safe and walkable. Can walk to nearby local coffee shop, a few restaurants, as well as an really great park with shaded playground.

Beautiful home. Might become my go to when I’m in the area.

Très belle maison, très confortable, conforme au photos, dans un quartier calme et proche de tout. Jonathan a été adorable en nous prêtant des serviettes de plage, et en répondant à nos questions même un jour férié. De très bon conseils en amont et pendant le séjour. Je recommande fortement. Destiny was very friendly, answered all questions very fast. I stayed 13 days, many times asked me if I wanted anything. The apartment was nice with all you need to have a pleasant stay. Very good amenities in the condo, good gym and nice pool

Place was as pictured. Could use some tlc/touch up. Everything you needed was there, including coffee. The only thing missing was a tv in the bedroom. Location was awesome and walkable to restaurants, including Dairy Queen. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at Gina’s and David’s place. Their place is clean, inviting and welcoming. Clear instructions for entry. We felt safe and secure. The back yard is very private. Close to the airport, Little Havana and Wynwood art district. A car is needed to get to the beach. The bed was very comfortable with a sumptuous blanket.

Le logement est propre et bien situé. Richard répond rapidement ce qui est apprécié. Seule chose nous étions 5 et le logement peut accueillir 5 personnes mais il y a seulement 2 chaises et très peu de vaisselles.

Blue Bell is AMAZING! We loved it! It's a private relaxing and welcoming environment. The Housekeeper is attentive and always made sure we were ok in our unit with fresh linen, etc. Close to FLL Fort Lauderdale Airport and convenience to local restaurants. I highly recommend you to experience...we did and enjoyed our stay. If I can add a 6 star on rating scale, I would!
