This is a historic craftsman style house in a great location of Kearney. You are walking distance to downtown Kearney On The Bricks where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. The MONA (Museum of Nebraska Art) is also located a couple of blocks from the house. If you like to ride bikes, walk or run, there is a walking/biking trail from Cottonmill State Park to Fort Kearney. This house sleeps 8 comfortably and has a rec room in the basement with a pool table and shuffleboard.

The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50.
