This house is located on a beachfront property on Matapalo Beach. It is also walking distance to Backwash Bay and Pan Dulce. Upstairs there is fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a queen sized bed, full bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with four twin sized beds and a half bath. A reliable off grid solar panel system powers the houses as well as a state of the art water purification system.
