Prima appartement, met parkeerruimte. Erg ruim opgezet met een grote badkamer en slaapkamer. Alles was netjes schoon en de airco doet het goed. De keuken is zeer compleet. Restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten lopen. Het oude centrum van Dürres ligt ook op prima loopafstand.

Fantastisk lejlighed. Elskede min morgenkaffe på balkonen med udsigt over havet. Det samme med solnedgangen. Lejligheden har alt det vi som familie manglede. Superhurtigt wifi, hvilket vores børn elsker. Vi ankom 30 minutter senere end vi havde aftalt, fordi der var problemer med at få vores lejebil. Selv om vi ankom 23:30 blev vi modtaget hjerteligt. Vores værter var fantastiske. Vi har kun godt at sige. Vores bedste anbefalinger til kommende gæster.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris car le logement et la terrasse sont plus grands que ce qu’on pourrait imaginer en regardant les photos. La communication a été très facile et rapide. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gerti's apartment! From the moment we arrived, Gerti was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. He was always available for any questions we had, and his quick communication made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen was a dream! It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily and comfortably. The location of the apartment is simply amazing. We were close to various attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventures, we loved returning to the apartment, where the beds and mattresses provided exceptional comfort. We had some of the best nights' sleep we've had in ages! If you're looking for a cozy, well-equipped place with a fantastic host, look no further! Thank you, Gerti, for making our stay so memorable!

The apartment was excellent, and the host was very responsive to all our questions. Everything met our expectations and was great for us. The only issue we encountered was that the room was on the 9th floor, and the elevator wasn’t always working. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

A great place to stay that matched the pictures and had a fantastic view on the top floor. Got to watch the sunset every night from our balcony which was amazing. Steisi was a great communicator who made finding the apartment easy and was someone that I would book again with. Durrës is also a great city with lots to do and see.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Emi‘s großen und hellen Wohnung – der Aufzug war gerade mit Gepäck ein echter Pluspunkt. Alles war blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Bett war super gemütlich – perfekt für erholsame Nächte. Das Highlight war definitiv der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer, den wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser direkt von der Wohnung aus war einfach unschlagbar. Unser Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Besonders das Restaurant Fluctus, das er uns empfohlen hat, war ein absoluter Volltreffer – super Essen in toller Atmosphäre. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Notre voyage nous amène pour la seconde fois Albanie , et c'est sans hésitation que nous avons encore une fois opté pour Durrës en vue d' effectuer le premier arrêt (1mois). Pour avoir expérimenté la gentillesse des albanais, la bonne qualité générale du reseau internet , et les longues promenades dans la nature, il etait évident de s'ecarter du centre ville bruyant pour tenter l'aventure chez Tea à Hamallaj. Et nous n'avons pas été deçus. C'est en fait une maison de plain pied qui comporte 2 grands appartements, avec un jardin clôturé. Un emplacement a 500m de la plage, une bonne connection WIFI, une cuisine Equipée vraiment complète, de petits commerces dans le voisinage ( Dont un a 3 mn a pied qui accepte les Paiments en CB), Snack, Barbier, magasin d'outillage, Bureau de tabac 24/7... Et il semble que ca continue doucement de se developper, tout cela dans un rayon de moins d'1km. Nous reviendrons sûrement faire un arrêt en repartant vers l'Adriatique! Merci Tea :)

It was a pleasure to stay at Rovenas place for a long weekend with my family. We all leave abroad with our parents living in Albania so for us time together as a complete family is precious and staying at Rovenas place made it feel like home. She was also very clear with instructions, very responsive, proactive and always happy to help. She suggested a great local restaurant. The place is as shown on photos with the spacious terrace being the highlight and feels peaceful especially at this time of the year. Loads of coffee places, restaurants etc nearby with the beach being less than 5 min walk. We are particularly grateful to Rovena for extending the check out time and accommodating our proposed time. We left with great memories and hope to be back soon one day. Thank you Rovena.

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in grundsätzlich gepflegter Anlage. Wir waren am Ende der Saison da, so dass es sehr wenig andere Gäste in dem Valamar-Komplex gab und der Strand abschnittsweise verwahrlost wirkte (Müllproblem). Es waren immerhin noch zwei Restaurants geöffnet, so dass wir auch abends versorgt waren, wenngleich die Küche im Apartment auch alle Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung bietet. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Flori‘s Unterkunft. Flori war jederzeit erreichbar und alles hat super funktioniert. Auch die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern vorzufinden. Von diesem Standpunkt aus konnten wir jeden Tag super Tagestrips unternehmen und so Albanien entdecken. Da wir außerhalb der Saison vor Ort waren, war das Resort überwiegend geschlossen. Ein Restaurant „Triumf 2“ war geöffnet und die Aufbauarbeiten für die Saison haben gerade begonnen (Strand Aufbereitung etc.). Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland. :)

Raimonda's cosy place, is een heel fijn plekje. Alles is aanwezig. Heel fijne bedden, en een fijne plek buiten. Vlakbij het strand en een paar leuke restaurants. Heel groene omgeving. De communicatie verliep prettig en snel.

I had a wonderful stay. Flat is well equipped and the beach is great. host is responsive and very helpful. ✅☀️

Minus: Only real small grocery stores in the area. No bus stop near the area. Plus: Many high quality restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Local Taxi works perfect. Donard is super friendly and takes care of everything. 2 minutes walk from the appartment to the super clean beach. Personal sunlounge and parasol at the beach for the appartment guests. L’ alloggio era pulito e comodo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’entrata dell’ alloggio ,e ,pur avendo dato un orario orientativo dell’ arrivo, per un ritardo dell’ aereo siamo arrivati molto più tardi e chiamamdo mezzanotte ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni dettagliate con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza . Flott leilighet med helt fantastisk utsikt. Litt bråk fra gågata om kvelden og natten men det går fint med den beliggenheten

Wir hatten einen kurzen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser sauberen Wohnung. Marinas Vater nahm uns herzlich in Empfang. Es gab es einen Begrüßungssnack und einen praktischen Kaffeeautomaten mit Kapseln. Die vielen Pflanzen ließen uns sofort heimisch fühlen und trugen zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre bei. Der Balkon bot eine interessante Aussicht auf die einheimischen Innenhöfe und einen seitlichen Blick aufs Meer. Wir konnten einen der wenigen Parkplätze hinter einer Schranke ergattern. Da wir während unseres Aufenthalts nicht fahren mussten, stand unser Auto sicher. Wir sind in die Altstadt gelaufen und der Weg dauerte nicht länger als mit dem Auto. Im April waren die Restaurants gerade dabei zu eröffnen. Den Strand hatten wir noch fast für uns alleine. An der Promenade direkt vor der Haustür wurde noch gebaut, aber das störte uns nicht weiter. Man fand sportliche Angebote vor. Die Kommunikation mit Marina war super zuverlässig. Sie war sehr gut organisiert und hatte viele Tipps für uns.
