Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Beautiful Plomari Cottage

Newly renovated, spacious and stylish house in a quiet street at the heart of Plomari is a perfect place for couples, groups and families of up to 6 people. It boasts an ultra-high ceiling with a lovely gallery. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and full bathroom on ground floor; additional bedroom, full bathroom, open space with a sofa-bed in the gallery. Amoudeli beach is a 250m stroll. Important note: for safety reasons, children under 12 years old are not allowed up at the gallery

Στη γραφική συνοικία του ποταμού Σεδούντα,δίπλα από την ταβέρνα Ερμής βρισκεται το παραδοσιακό σπίτι Titinas'.Μια διώροφη ανακαινισμένη μονοκατοικία 2 υπνοδωματίων που βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που απέχει 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία του Πλωμαρίου και 10 λεπτά με πόδια από την παραλία Αμμουδέλι. O κρατικός φορος καταλύματος είναι 2 ευρώ η διανυκτέρευση για τη χειμερινή περίοδο (Νοέμβριος-Μάρτιος) και 8 ευρώ η διανυκτέρευση για την καλοκαιρινή περίοδο(Απρίλιος-Οκτωβριος)

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Η μεζονέτα μας Iris Home δυο επιπέδων πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης .Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία για να απολαύσετε το φαγητό σας με την οικογένεια και τους φίλους σας με θέα τη θάλασσα .Οι δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες και το μπάνιο βρίσκονται στο κάτω επίπεδο συνεχίζουν την θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου .Στα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια η μαρίνα της πόλης ,εστιατόρια ,καφετέριες και αλλά καταστήματα.

Το Pelagia's house είναι ένα παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι που ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα κρατώντας όμως τον παραδοσιακό του χαρακτήρα μαζί με τις αναμνήσεις από πολλά ξενοιαστα καλοκαίρια. Το σπίτι διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ένα διπλό κ δύο μονα κρεβάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα,πολύ άνετο μπάνιο, κλιματισμό κ wifi σε όλους τους χώρους Αυτό το παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για ήσυχες κ χαλαρωτικές διακοπές.

Παραθαλάσσιο διαμέρισμα σε συνδυασμό με την ιστορία του Ούζου Βαρβαγιάννη. Η οικογένεια αποφάσισε να ανακαινίσει το πρώτο της σπίτι, που χρονολογείται από το 1920, το οποίο βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο πρώτο εργοστάσιο παραγωγής ούζου. Είστε ευπρόσδεκτοι να περάσετε λίγο ποιοτικό χρόνο σε έναν ξενώνα, που είναι μέρος του Πλωμαρίου και της ιστορίας του πρώτου Ούζου στην Ελλάδα.
