Very clean with new paint, new bathroom and new laminate flooring. We are located a little over an hour from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Eight miles from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, half an hour from Amish country, and a 60-minute drive from Pittsburgh, our home offers a peaceful retreat. We drive all kinds of vehicles up the hill, but we do not advise bringing your Lamborghini To be clear, this home is regularly used for our family fellowship and is not appropriate for parties.

Simply furnished, but comfortable. Coffee maker (Keurig) and coffee. AC, Microwave and Refrigerator. Wifi . TV with basic cable. Pets Welcome.

White's Woods Retreat King Bed, Quiet,Close to IUP

Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

It's very reminiscent of a true Scottish BnB with North Country Cheviot Sheep. When available, breakfast is served in the main farm house. It’s either a seasonal farm to table meal or a continental breakfast with scones.

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
