We are in the center of San Giorgio di Nogaro (Ud), first floor of a building in a quiet residential area. Living area with kitchen complete with appliances, microwave and washing machine; sofa and TV. Wifi and air conditioning. Double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Completed by an outdoor terrace. Located 100 meters from the train station of the Trieste-Venice line (2 stops from Trieste Airport) and 3.5 km from the motorway exit. The center with shops, bars and restaurants is 200 meters away.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Siamo vicini al confine con la Slovenia dove possibile trascorrere orette di svago e relax nei due casino situati a Nova Gorica. Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.
