illaria was a pefect host. Very responsive and was there to receive into the house when we arrived. She showed us around and told us the best use of public transport to visit the tourist places. She was kind enough to even give us complimentary coffee at the nearby Bistro. She was a perfect host and the place suited perfectly to our family needs. There was a supermarket next to the place which was very convenient and a park for my daughter to play nearby. Will definitely recommend for any tourist wanting to visit Rome.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Assolutamente consigliato! Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, composto da 3 camere da letto, bagno, cucina e ampio salotto. Gli arredi sono nuovi e ricercati, in condizioni perfette. L'appartamento è davvero molto grande e comodo, con tutti i comfort del caso. L'ingresso è autonomo, quindi si ha tutta la privacy del caso. Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare qui. E' un ottimo punto di partenza da cui partire per esplorare i dintorni, come la costa dei Trabocchi o Campo Imperatore. Silvia e gli altri sono stati molto carini e sempre disponibili.

The location is absolutely strategic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I loved being able to step out and find a charming café or a local market just around the corner. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was inviting, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus, while the kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I even extended my stay! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place with wonderful hosts, this is the perfect choice!

Soggiorno piacevole in un luogo tranquillo e sperduto. Amo i posti cosí e non é facile trovarli. Una casina isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile con spazi adeguati e servizi piacevoli, dagli spazi interni, al camino in cucina, bagno grande e stanze comode, la lavatrice ed il barbecue, a disposizione anche legna e barbecue per gli arrosticini. Consigliatissimo. Personalmente ci torneró anche in primavera/estate.
