This 11 Acre property offers you a main house that can accommodate up to 8 guests with fully equipped kitchen & laundry room. Lavender Cabin can accommodate 2 guest and the Gray cabin for 2 guest - total of 12 Guest between all 3 units. Property also has multiple picnic tables, hammocks, fire pits & gills to enjoy together as a group or individually. Its the perfect get away to enjoy minutes away from Lake Livingston!

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
