Our accommodation contributed hugely to our enjoyment of our time in Melbourne. The overall experience across the facilities and the service were of an extremely high order. Expectations were well matched if not exceeded. The location was both beautiful and extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Barbara and her beautiful apartment.

Mother in law stayed here, and it was the perfect space for a getaway. A really clean, nicely furnished space which has all mod cons. Beautiful views! Will use again

We had a great time at Annes place. Close to the beach for a nice walk or a drink in the evening. Also close to trams to get to the CBD area. We enjoyed the take away cups she provides and had several iced latte from Frankies around the corner. Recommend!

Wonderful place to stay with access to the beach, Brighton and the city without any problems. The place was spotless, with nice furniture, good appliances, comfy bed and plenty of space. A little road noise but mainly due to its intensity not the property. Otherwise completely quiet. Nice kitchen space, comfy bed, lounge was great to relax in. Agency responsive and on road parking helped a lot. Would happily stay again

I had a wonderful stay in Dave's apartment. Immaculately clean, great communication with host, safe, secure, quiet, easy access, lovely view and with all the comforts of home. Within easy walking distance of everything, beach, supermarket, cafes, shops, public transport. A great place in a great spot.

The house is as described, no problems at all. We needed a temporary place to stay when we had to vacate our house for a couple of days. Great house for dog owners as it was fully fenced all around. Next time I will ask for an extra key a just the one key was hard to manage but otherwise, exactly what we needed. Thanks

Relaxing Beach Getaway in a Nice and Tidy Setting…We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Airbnb stay the property offered a fantastic base to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. The place itself was nice and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming

We very much enjoyed this retro beach shack. The balcony and views were exceptional with the shore and very private beach just across the road. Was quiet time to visit. Loved having the pool table. Great place to unwind and relax with furry friends. Will definitely visit again.

Seaford beach is a hidden gem, the first time we had been there and will definitely be back. A really lovely beach including the beach Cafe which has great views and food! Very comfortable stay. Beds were great; large family lounge area which made it comfortable for the 6 of us. Well appointed kitchen which we loved. Deck worked well with table, BBQ, umbrellas and couch area; but did take up all the space. We wondered if Nepean Highway would be difficult to cross but we had no difficulties at all, including crossing with a toddler. We LOVED the convenient beach access and enjoyed a dip in the bay every morning before breakfast. Great outdoor shower as well. Would definitely recommend.

Lauren was a fantastic host, very responsive and even reached out to offer early check-in as the house was ready earlier than expected. The house is beautiful and in walking distance to the beach but also has plenty of room for the kids to play in the backyard. We will definitely be back! Thanks Lauren

The place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described-clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The house had a warm, welcoming vibe and was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the things we loved most was how easy it was to walk to Brighton Beach — just a short stroll away! We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns, which were all within walking distance. It made everything so convenient, whether we wanted to grab a coffee, take a scenic walk, or just enjoy the local atmosphere. Vinola was a wonderful host-super responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I'd highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located getaway. Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! Thank you Hayley- a perfect Air B&B and have already recommended to friends- just hope you have availability! Margie& Andy

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.
