We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Aspendale. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed, including a thoughtful welcome gift that made us feel instantly at home. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to great food options. We had a car and found it easy to get around, but even without one, the area was lovely to explore. A really nice bonus was that another Airbnb was in the same building, which meant extended family could stay close by too. Highly recommended for a relaxed beachside stay in Melbourne!

The apartment was as described and I loved my stay there. It was cosy and very comfortable. Great location and I will definitely stay there again when going to Mornington Peninsula. Browyn's communication was excellent and it was overall a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it.

Arrived at house early evening, was dark but easy instructions to get key from lock box. Really lovely spacious property, beautifully clean and homely. Everything you could need for a lovely stay. shops and restaurants just around the corner and only 5 mins by car to waterfront so perfect location. Would highly recommended and would certainly stay there again. Thank you

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

My girlfriend and I stayed with some friends for a couple of nights over Easter weekend. The place was nice inside and very clean! The best part is that you’re one block away from the Main Street in Cowes. Everything you need is within a 5 minute walk! Highly recommend and would stay there again if we go back.

We had an incredible stay at the charming retreat. From the moment we arrived, Dot was welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home. One of the first things we noticed was the thoughtful little details, like the personalized welcome sign, which set the tone for the entire stay. The place itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both cozy and inviting. We especially loved the continental breakfast, which was delicious and the perfect start to our day. Dot also left some of our favourite chocolates to enjoy. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants, we were able to easily explore the area without feeling rushed. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood was remarkably peaceful, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. Overall, the retreat exceeded our expectations in every way. Dot’s hospitality, the attention to detail, and the great location left a lasting impression.

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

We stayed here for 4 night and it was great. We got what was shown in the photos. The place is a across the road from a park and a cafe. A short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, other cafes, boutique stores and the best Home hardware store you're ever likely to find. It is also a short walk to the beach. We usually have to clean a place before settling in, but on this occasion, we felt like we didn't have to do much at all. It was a lively place, well designed and comfortable. We would stay again. Carola’s place is in a private & quiet corner of the resort close to the pool. The unit is very clean and functional with all the necessities provided, including a bath (which wasn’t in the listing, so a welcome surprise for our toddler). The resort is quite fun for kids, with pools and games rooms and a kart track. A lovely place to stay- highly recommended.
