The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Cute and comfy in Monmouth - accessible 2 bedroom 1 bath home on private lot in downtown Monmouth. Walking distance to WOU campus, coffee shops, dining, the park, and all that the City has to offer.
