Great home for a family get together; three really good bathrooms was super helpful as three couples (including the bride) prepared for the wedding. Very relaxing around the pool too.

Dara’s place was amazing! It was very comfortable, peaceful, beautifully surrounded with awesomely colored plants and fruit trees. There were a lot of amenities. The keurig coffee machine was a definite plus as you could enjoy your morning coffee inside looking out to the backyard or at the outdoor table and chairs at the front of the house. Her place was very clean and spacious for myself and my two friends. The living room couch and chair was very comfortable as well. Everything was well organized and not cluttered at all. Very easy to maintain. I’m grateful for the indoor washer and dryer as it allowed me to leave with clean clothes versus having a luggage full of dirty clothes. The ironing board and iron really came in handy as well to press the clothes I needed to wear for the event I was attending. I would highly recommended staying at Dara’s place again! 5 stars and then some for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and well-maintained home. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, and the house was tidy and comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, making the experience smooth from start to finish. It’s a great base for exploring the island—just keep in mind that having a car is essential. we spent a week in Matthew's place and would be happy to come back on a future trip. The house is large and full of good stuff - games, kitchen stuff, and more. The immediate surroundings are beautiful as is the view from the porch. Matthew is extremelya helpful and thoughtful. He really cared that we will enjoy our stay. Indeed a five star host. Ocean view is about 90 mins from Kona airport. I suggest not arriving at dark the first time - the area is dark and following the maps app we entered one driveway too early - backing up at darkness was scary. Make sure to follow Matthew's instructions and not just the app. The driveway to the house is not fully paved. However, after you see the way once at daylight it becomes easier. overall, we could use the place as a most comfortable place from which we could reach volcano national park several times and many beaches. it was good to be back to a cosy place at night. We would be happy to do this again!

We had an amazing time! The home allowed for a beautiful and peaceful getaway for our family of five with young kiddos.

Have stayed here several times in different units. It works well for us. If you find older reviews complaining about the water pump being loud its no longer an issue. It was updated recently.

Will rebook Timmy's place again when we go back to Hawaii next year. There's a lot of restaurants that are walking distance. Waikiki beach is about 10-15 mins walk. Its paid to park in the garage but theres free parking spots near the canal (if you get lucky, it gets filled up pretty fast.) There's also plenty of equipments you can use when you go to the beach so you don't need to buy/rent when you get there. The living room area has a stunning view outside and the balcony is a nice place to wind down after a hectic day. We didn't go to the 6th floor but it has the pool, gym, and convenience store. Highly recommended!

Very spacious apartment on a beautiful and peaceful property with amenities. Walking distance to the beach and short drive to other beaches and surf shops. The unit had everything we needed like a full kitchen and beach towels, as well as the washer and dryer which came in really handy. Yuana was super responsive and accommodated our requests and questions!

I’ll make it easy for you, reader: BOOK THIS PLACE and thank me later! Rose’s dreamy, private haven on the beach was an absolute dream stay. The spot was exactly as described and very thoughtfully appointed inside. Clean, tidy, and full of all the essentials needed for a beach day. The setting is absolutely incredible — seriously its own little slice of paradise. There are other units on the property, so there are other people around, but everyone was friendly and courteous, and the unit itself still had plenty of privacy. We wish we could have stayed 10 more nights!

Place was great and so was the host, always quick to respond and provide you with whatever you needed. Location was very calm and easy to get to the beach and/or other common attractions. The views were very nice also, the Airbnb was just as described. Would definitely consider coming right back to this place if I were to ever return to Honolulu. Thank you!

Laura's place was perfect, located on beautiful grounds and steps from the beach. We swam in the ocean everyday. Her place was just as described and she was very responsive to questions. Everything we needed was there including beach towels, shampoo and conditioner and your choice of appliances to make coffee (coffee lover here). I sat on the lanai and drank coffee listening to the birds every morning. I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Karen is an excellent Host. The Apartment is perfect, modern, great location, well equipped, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance but yet the Apartment is in a peaceful location. There is a beautiful beach literally minutes away. Can't wait to come back.

My husband and I have stayed at over 30 airbnbs. This was by far our favorite experience we have had. The place was very clean and cozy. Bryant and Jane were amazing hosts responding quickly to any questions and giving an abundance of recommendations throughout the island. We had everything we needed to make our own meals and recreate at the beach. We saw whales, dolphins and rainbows from the balcony on numerous occasions. Theres nothing quite like waking up to the sound of roosters crowing and the ocean waves crashing on the cliffs. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is well worth the money to make your trip to Kauai extra special.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Place was so clean, convenient location in the building and easy in and out access to explore the surrounding areas. We felt right at home. Loved the balcony views. Washer and dryer are big and nice, perfect for us between stops on different islands. Kelly was super nice, communicative and responsive! Would absolutely come back.

The owners were so welcoming and proactive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They had some uncontrollable maintenance issue arise that they handled immediately and it did not disrupt our trip at all. The building and amenities were perfect. Our son loved exploring the beach and chasing crabs. Our daughter spent the evenings in the pool after our daytime adventures. We will be back and are so grateful to have experienced this slice of paradise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was outstanding and great to see surfers every morning and afternoon. The condo itself was very comfortable and would stay here again.

The unit was very clean and well maintained. It has a beautiful view of the ocean but light sleepers be aware that you can hear the waves. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Has convenient and free parking. The unit has been updated but the complex is a bit older

Communication with Dan was outstanding, he provides all the information you need to find the place and access it without any problems. The Condo is beautiful, very comfy bed, equiped with everything you can think of and great view! We are looking forward to be back in December!
