We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

My husband & I were booked into Sand Dunes at the end of January but a sudden health emergency put paid to that. Luckily after an excellent recovery we were able to stay the last few days. What a lovely few days we had too. Sat eating breakfast with that view. Wow. Great for accessing the SW coastal path too. Highly recommend. Pity we didn’t meet Katherine though.

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The view is stunning, the place is so clean and such a good location. I'll be coming back for sure.

We may have only stayed a few days but we would defiantly choose to stay here again, for me & my family the apartment is in a ideal location. Lovely sea view from apartment.

We had a great few days in Liz’s little apartment, 2 adults and a teenager. A lovely place with a huge comfy bed! So convenient for the beach and some great eateries!

We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

We had a lovely stay at Miranda’s house. The pictures do not do this lovely house justice, it is large and spacious with the location being unbeatable! The house is minutes from the beach, perranporth village and beautiful coastal walks. Perranporth is a great location for a trip to Cornwall as well as a base for other towns nearby. The house facilities were well thought of and equipped throughout. We usually bring half our home with us, it wasn’t needed here. The space was very relaxing with the garden terrace room being our favourite. Miranda is great at communication. We are already planning to come back. Thank you for a lovely stay - great host!

Thank you Jax and Simon - we had a brilliant stay. Absolutely amazing location and views of the beach and cliffs from the house. The house was extremely well taken care of and looked immaculate when we arrived. A great set of sofas made for very comfy evenings when in. Jax and Simon obviously take great pride in the house and the experience - we had everything we needed and they were very responsive and proactive in all communications between us. Thoroughly recommended location, house, and owners.

The property is terrific and located in a particularly lovely part of the world. Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to local amenities, stores, and restaurants (also entirely walkable, though you may have to deal with lots of traffic and roundabouts depending where you are headed). On the couple of occasions when I did reach out to Lizzy and Scott, they responded quickly and completely. Everything in the property was as described or better, especially including the comfortable sun room and the huge back garden. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful holiday in the perfect location. From Ocean’s Edge, perched above the glorious Smugglers’ cove, the views are outstanding. All necessities are provided plus a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We look forward to returning!

Becky and Alex's flat has beautiful views and they give very clear and thorough instructions. They also let you know what to expect in advance regarding the road leading to the flat and they give you several different parking options, which were really helpful. The place had everything we needed and it was really cozy!

Die Wohnung ist super und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. In der näheren Ungebung hat es zahlreiche tolle Restaurants und der Strand ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Newquay.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
