The Modern Retreat

Kick back and relax in this newly remodeled modern retreat nestled on the quiet Ranchwood Park in Ponca City, Oklahoma. This home is ideally located in a family community and is directly across from Lake Ponca, making it the perfect peaceful family get away. This 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids; twin bunk beds in the kid room, a full size bed in the second bedroom, and a king in the master. There are 2 full baths, full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

12 miles to Ponca City, Dog Friendly, Kaw Lake

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, 105 year old home. Bring your dogs and boat trailer-extra parking in the back to accommodate up to 5 vehicles or a trailer. The home is centrally located (about 10 miles) from several surrounding cities including Ponca City, Arkansas City and Blackwell. The upper end of Kaw lake is 6 miles from the home.
