Second stay and we just love the convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Heather's place is a Deland gem.

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a wedding weekend with friends.

Stayed here for my cousins wedding. It was a great place to stay. My dog enjoyed the backyard and the house was very nice. Would be a place we would stay again if needed!

Nice place, loved the location as I like to go to NSB as well as Daytona. Was great having a fenced in backyard even though we take the dogs most every where we go because there are so many pet friendly places that you can take them, but it’s nice to let them out to take care of business without having to take ‘em out. Will be a place I’d stay again for sure. ✌🏻

This was a really fun, unique place to stay while we were in town for a family wedding. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the screened porch upstairs. Sara was really accommodating with an early check-in when we ended up on a very early morning flight, which was SO appreciated. We’d definitely stay again.

Susan’s house was such a great place for family to stay during nephew’s wedding weekend. Sanford is a fun town to explore and this house is perfect for aunts, uncles, and cousins for event at Historic Venue 1902 right down the street. We slept 9 adults and young adults very comfortably. This is an older home so expect a few quirks but overall very clean and comfortable!

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Heidy's home was the perfect quick getaway trip that we needed! 4 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of space and plenty to do. The backyard was an incredible oasis and the pool area has a perfect mixture of sunshine and shade. there's also a 8x4 foot section that's about a foot deep and perfect for young kids. Heidy was very responsive if we happened to need anything and was very accommodating when it came to our specific stay. We will highly recommend to our friends and family and it'll be our first check the next time we're down here!

Johanna was very pleasant and helpful. Drove from CT to see my father who was very sick. She was in communication whole trip down had lights and house ready for my 3am arrival. We chose to get the pool heated and it was nice and warm on arrival. House was very cozy and home like feeling. We cooked in the kitchen grilled outside and were able to enjoy the pool even at night with privacy and colored lighting outside was a great touch. The outside patio was nice for conversation and drinks and being fenced in was a plus with the bugs. Johanna checked with me to see how my father was doing and genuinely cared. Master bedroom and shower was amazing wanna redo my house the same way. All in all my rating is a 15 out of 10 best Airbnb I have stayed yet and will be returning every time I visit my father. All restaurants and stores were only 5-8 minutes away and neighborhood was pleasant for walks and nice and quiet.

The house worked well for our family of six. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to some great restaurants and easy to get to other attractions.

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Perfect place for our Xmas getaway, Pool was lovely- well stocked and laundry was a big plus. Would definitely book again when in Palm Coast

This place exceeded all expectations! The space was even larger than described and was an incredible bonus. The pool, though unheated as noted in the listing, was a fantastic addition, and the overall property provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptional—quick to respond, professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. Their communication was top-notch, making the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious property with a fantastic host. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was my 2nd stay and just as good as the first. Wonderful hosts, clean clean everything, and a peaceful location only minutes from grocery, etc. Will always be on my Wishlist for this area. Highly recommend!

But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! we had a great long-term stay at Palmetto breeze we had the opportunity to explore the Edgewater and new Smyrna Beach area and really enjoyed it short drive to the beach, but close off the beaten path. We were there for one week during spring break, but we would've never known it was spring break as it was such a quiet area perfect, clean newly remodeled three bedroom home with everything that one would need for their stay.responsive host who l communicated very well with any minor needs that we may have had.

Spacious home on the inter coastal water way. Less than 5 minutes away by car from several good restaurants and the beach. It rained during most of our stay (typical late December weather), but during warmer weather the backyard, porch, and deck with a swing would be enjoyable.

Home away from home, host were incredibly friendly and helped us with local recommendation about fireworks that we were trying to see, very nice place to stay

What a wonderful trip! Cindy was very helpful & responsive. The home was so clean & felt very comfortable, worked great for our whole family. We’ll definitely be back!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

We have stayed in a number of places in Daytona for JeepBeach and finally found the right place! Excellent location, walkable to the beach. Nice and quiet, great to have a yard for our dog as well. Unit was exactly as described. Aurelia was super nice and quick to respond. Nice to have off street parking too! Highly recommended!!
