We live in a quiet cul-de-sac on a peninsula. Your private self-contained space is upstairs with lovely 180 degree sea views and sunshine. Listen to the birds; enjoy some home grown fruit when in season. We can recommend some great local walks (long or short) ; take our kayaks out on the inlet; enjoy the outdoor pool and/or BBQ in summer. Walk to local shops & cafes; take a short drive to some excellent restaurants & Lighthouse movie theatre or go into Wellington by car/train (20 mins).

The famous Mannequin looks out to sea and is excellent security. A delightful sun filled courtyard completes the picture.

Situated in beautiful Pukerua Bay, this home suits up to four adults or a family of five. Wellington City is just 30 minutes by car or accessible by train - the station is a 10 minute walk. Explore up the coast - 10 minute drive to Paekākāriki's popular cafes, or drive 20 minutes north to Paraparaumu for shops and supermarkets.

Unwind in this modern treehouse with all the comforts of home. Surrounded by nature, you can often hear the ruru at night and the tui and piwakawaka by day. Minutes from the beach and Escarpment Track, this tiny home is easy to find and just off Te Awaroa Trail. With a full kitchen and a barbeque in the private courtyard, eating in is a breeze. Picnic on the beach with takeaways from our local food truck, or eat out in one of the neighbouring villages. Relax and enjoy our friendly Bay.

"ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT!" no kidding. smack bang on the beach in Plimmerton. Step off the deck onto the permanent sandy beach, yes really. Its a beach holiday experience. Fully furnished everything included, out door living at its best including-Spa, Hammocks, hot shower, kayaks, boogie boards, beach games, BBQ. So swim, shower, spa, hammock, eat, movie sleep and push repeat. Stroll along the beach for fish and chips or down to the train station for a night in town. Bachy and relaxed.

By the sea in Paremata

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located beside Pauatahanui inlet (40 steps to the inlet beach). Suitable for a couple or extra beds can be added for children. One bedroom self contained unit under our home. Laundry facilities on request. Access to kayaks and life jackets (for 4 people). Tea coffee, milk and home baking supplied. Please note there are 100 steps to the unit from the street. Parking is on the street.

Kapiti Waves

This Retreat is located right on the beach in the lovely Pukerua Bay Village, with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. If you want to take a break from the city rush or just want to relax and enjoy a break, this is the place for you. Go for a walk on the beach or enjoy the rock pools. Grab the kayaks and go for a paddle and get close to the Stingrays playing in the late afternoon sun, only meters away from the rocky beach.

Absolute beachfront. Walk from your guest suite onto the beach. Fully self contained with kitchenette, and seperate bathroom. Gas radiator heating for the cold nights. Outdoor heated shower, kayaks available. Gorgeous sunsets, and fantastic strolls on the beach. We have just added in a spa pool and projector for movies.

Great location. No sea views from apartment but walk across the road to enjoy a safe swimming beach & the coastal views & sunsets. A 15 minute stroll to the local cafes, great variety of restaurants and train station.
