La cocina tiene el tamaño perfecto con todo lo que necesitas y puedes ver la televisión mientras cocinas y conversar con los que están en la sala de estar. Esta chiquito pero perfecto y cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para una escapada a la playa. El condominio también está cerca de la playa, simplemente cruzando la calle, por lo que puede ir rápidamente de la playa a la piscina y de la piscina a la playa.

The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. It has been newly furnished to have a modern feel, includes internet and cable, must see to appreciate! Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed/ full bath in the master room, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with shared full bath. Maximum occupancy-5 persons. The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Rest and Relaxation @ SPI (Updated)

The condo has been newly updated and is located near Clayton's Beach Bar and within walking distance to the beach. You can see the fireworks from the balcony, and the condo is directly located above the pool. A new air conditioning unit has been installed (10/2023) All bedrooms have a 50” smart TV available. Pets are not allowed, and the unit is non-smoking. Tenants who compromise the space will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
