WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! A studio apartment located 10 miles east of downtown Beaufort and 7 miles from Harkers Island. This spacious studio has hard wood floors, beautiful granite counter tops, convection oven, gas stove and large back patio. Access to the beach is available at Atlantic Beach (25 min. drive) or Radio Island (15 min. drive). Ferry services to Cape Lookout via Harkers Island (15 min. drive), Shackleford Banks via Beaufort (15 min. drive), and day trips to Ocracoke via Cedar Island (35 min. drive) nearby

This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Sip your morning coffee with a breath-taking sunrise & experience the colorful sound sunset from the warm hot tub! Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

The Cottage on Hancock - entire historic cottage

This quaint historic cottage, "The Hunter-Stevens Law Office", (c. 1855) is located in the heart of historic downtown New Bern, steps away from shopping, dining, and the waterfront. The cottage sits on the property of the historic Coor-Cook residence (c. 1790), known as the "Stanley Hospital, Officer's Ward" during the Union Army occupation of New Bern. The cottage originally served as the law office of Mr. Geoffrey Stevens, a prior resident of the Coor-Cook house.

Our garage suite is two rooms with a beach & surfing theme. We have a detached garage and the suite is in back, separate from the house with its own entrance. There's a queen bed, tiki bar, and kitchenette. You'll be secluded with lots of cedars & bamboo around a private deck. Our place is in the heart of Ocracoke with restaurants & shops within walking or biking distance. The Ocracoke Lighthouse & Springers Point Nature Preserve are a 5-8 minute walk.
