We had an amazing stay for the weekend at Country cabins for our anniversary getaway! The surrounding area was so peaceful and was on a lovely private lake. We also had the cutest farm animals as our neighbors. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had, and was so accommodating. The cabin was cute and clean, we enjoyed our time in the cabin as much as we did exploring the nearby antiques and hiking trails. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We wanted to find a place that wasn’t too far from home but would still be a little escape to take our boys to every year. This was our second year staying at this house. We could probably go later in the summer when it’s warmer and have more to do, but we like to go in the spring time. It’s secluded but not far from town or stores. Very private. Loved the paddle boat! We look forward to staying again next year!

It has a good location and comfortable beds. Very Clean and well-organized, and Everything is functional. It was a pleasant stay for us, and I would recommend it.

I hate to give a such a glowing review because I don’t want to generate more competition to rent it in the future, but this venue was wonderful. We stayed this location for OU Mom’s Weekend & it was a fantastic choice! It was the perfect place to relax, connect and unwind when we weren’t in Athens. It had absolutely everything we could have wanted. It was a convenient Uber ride away & perfect for a group of moms. If you want a sweet place tucked away from the hustle with some cool country amenities, then this is the rental for you. It looks like they’re in the process of making improvements, but honestly the imperfections were part of its charm. Highly recommended!

Arville’s place is such a relaxing stay. Tucked away in nature it was so nice to sit on the porch and just enjoy the fresh air. He was very responsive to any questions I had. His place was clean and well stocked. Great stay!

Lots of things to do here. We came into town for a funeral and we were able to unwind and relax at this beautiful home. Love the lake right behind the house and enjoyed a bon-fire

We stayed here for a weekend while visiting with family. The cottage is adorable! We loved everything about it, inside and out. We loved being able to look out our window and see horses feeding, cows grazing, and the most beautiful birds flying by. We would definitely return here!

Jennifer's place was just what my husband needed while in the area for work. He found it to be clean and just as described. We will definitely book it again if it is available when he is in town.

This property has become our family's favorite place to stay when visiting family in Gallipolis. Everything is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It's clean, private, and comfortable. Communication is always proactive and helpful. We thoroughly recommend these hosts and this property!

This was the first we'd heard of Lake White and we'll definitely be back. The cabin fit our needs perfectly and was within a reasonable driving distance to all you need. Loved listening to the birds out on the deck in the morning.

A major snowstorm moved in and Joyce was great checking in and making sure we were ok. Great host and communication

This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint. If anything we love this place more and more. Seeing it in the warmer season with everything green and coming to life was beautiful. Plus, our dog even swam in the pond and became quite the water pup. We also saw more wildlife. The trails are exstinsive! We thought we had discovered them all last stay, but we're delighted to find a new one. Marty is easy to communicate with and prompt in responses. He's got quite a special gem here. It was also very clean and had everything you might need. Thanks for sharing... We'll be back again! :)
