Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.

There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. There is also a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.

This 815 square foot home built in 1945 has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Centrally located to shopping, dining, trails, 3.5 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville.
