The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! Cefn Y Vastre, BnB 17th century barn

Nestled in beautiful countryside with spectacular views lies a small 17th century farmhouse with a converted barn. The B&B barn provides first class Accommodation comprising: a large sitting room downstairs with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor above. Off the sitting room is a wet room and a private entrance is accessed by french doors, leading to a small outside balcony. Please Note there is NO kitchen/cooking facilities. But a fully stocked mini Breakfast bar is provided.

A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.

Located very close to The Brecon Canal and theatre, 5 min level walk to Brecon town. Cwrt Nwylon is a private annex, en-suite bedroom with king size bed, lounge, dining area and kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilities, microwave . We live on site, so can help if required! we also have a small dog called Bella. The area is ideal for people who enjoy all types of county pursuits or just want to relax.
