celebrated my 30th bday with some friends in prague and found this gem to stay at. we all loved the place since it was so perfectly located with walking distance to the main station and city center. it was reasonably clean, looked like the pictures and had everything we needed for a nice weekend. the best part is the big living room which is nice for spending time with everyone and eating together and also that you can have several apartments within one building so everyone is close by. communication went well too. will definitely stay there again & would recommend it to anyone traveling with a big group.

We had a nice stay at the apartment. Andy and her husband are really nice. The train station is 2–3 minutes away. Thank you.

Wir haben ein tolles Familienwochenende in der Wassermühle verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner und gemütlicher als auf den Bildern. Die Umgebung ist perfekt um die umliegenden Schlösser und Parks zu erkunden. Auch Prag ist mit dem Zug in Kürze erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Relatively central location, very nice hosts. It served my purposes as a place to sleep very well. A minor note- the balcony is small and was a bit cluttered for my stay. Balconies in this building are located inside the building's internal shaft, which is relatively narrow and very quiet.

Tolle und geräumige Wohnung im Zentrum von Prag. Nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Empfehlungen waren fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation beim Check in und out war absolut unkompliziert. Insgesamt für uns ein super Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder !

Great location next to city centre and away from busy crowds. The appartment is well kept, has many tasteful details, and a balcony with a beautiful view. Communication from the host and Monika (who checked us in) was good. Monika also made us feel like home and was very hospitable. Thank you

Estancia fenomenal esta semana en el alojamiento; es una zona muy tranquila pero a la vez muy bien comunicada y con todo lo necesario cerca, buenos restaurantes y también galerías de arte y teatros con espectáculos muy originales. El apartamento es precioso, agradable, super cómodo y muy bien equipado. Y lo mejor de todo es Slavo, un anfitrión de 10: atento, amable, detallista y flexible. We really enjoyed our stay at Katarina’s. The location was ideal for getting around to the attractions. Despite the main road it was very quiet. The apartment was nicely decorated, pretty clean and had everything we needed plus more. The kitchen was excellent, it had everything we needed to cook. My only gripes would be the pillows. Everyone has different preferences, but these are very very soft and there was a hiccup with collecting the key which was a little frustrating after getting off a 10hr bus ride with very heavy back packs, however it was quickly resolved by contacting her son. All in all a great stay.

Our stay at this large apartment in the city center was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The check-in process was easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the listing—clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches like extra linens, toiletries, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The location is unbeatable. Despite being in such a central area, the apartment was quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep after busy days of exploring. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this place has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would absolutely book again and highly recommed it to anyone visiting the area.

We hadden een ontzettend fijn verblijf in het appartement van Iris Mechteld. Het appartement bevindt zich in een authentiek gebouw in een mooie en rustige wijk van Praag. De tram stopt voor de deur en met tram en metro ben je zo in het centrum. We komen graag een keer terug.

The cottage is located in a very nice area, with a lot of hiking possibilities and bike paths. It has all the amenities you could expect in a family house. A perfect place to spend a quiet or an active time.

The area Prag 7 is really great, close to the highlights and the area itself has a lot to offer. It is very similar to Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin, with vietnames retaurants, mini markets that offer a great variety in beer and art expositions. The connection to public transport is good and the price level in the neighborhood is compared to the touristic centers in Prag 1 and other european cities relatively low.

Let it Roll Festival!!! Dear host, thanks for providing this unique, stunning and absolutely beautiful place for us. We had an awesome festival and also some good sleep and recovery during the day at this lovely accomodation. We loved the animals, the nature pool, everything really. Maybe until next year! Ich kann diese Villa wärmstens empfehlen! Die Sauberkeit war erstklassig, der Pool sowie die Sauna waren ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt war es ein rundum tolles Erlebnis, das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Quite a spacious house and is very well equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen as well as linen. Great host, very responsive and supportive by providing valuable tips as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is totally recommended!!

This is definitely a 5 star accommodation. Beautiful serene surroundings, fairytale-like cottage, cool interior, nice BBQ area and Tomáš was a super host. He was always available 24/7 like he said, very friendly and easy going. We were a family of four with two small toddlers. Will for sure come again, thank you!

It was really a relaxed existence in Matej and Domenika's house. An idyllic peace and at the same time a lively home where it is absolutely not noticeable if you have forgotten something at home, because nothing is missing and you have permission to feel at home and to use what the house has to offer. From the pantry, when a spice was missing, to a small but definitely nice sauna, to the sports field opposite, we were always completely happy. And if there was still a question or a special concern, Matej always responded promptly and helped. A very lovely family who was personally there to welcome us and say goodbye and provided us with tips, tricks, maps and everything we needed for a holiday in Dubiny/Velke Popovice. Thank you for everything and stay happy and healthy 😇

Place is equipped with everything you might need for a long stay! There are few grocery shops and gym around, so this place is ideal if you don’t need to commute to city centre everyday. Anyway you get to Prague center is around 20 minutes by car, so this is fine! Miloslav and Monika are very helpful, definitely recommend!
