Very cool spot never stayed anywhere like it. We went to see Dwight Yoakam show at Findlay Toyota Center couple miles down the street. Felt like went back to 1990 something best show I can remember going to. Wendy is very friendly. Verdell is the star of the show at the house black and white dog he's a ham! 😁😁😁

My wife and I had a lovely 13th anniversary! The black cat is sweet but tries to get in the cabin. Make sure you turn the jacuzzi heat up a couple hours ahead of time. Will definitely come back!

I would definitely recommend this stay. It was perfect for our family. It is clean and there is plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked. The views are amazing. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. This is a great place for a getaway.

It was a great, quiet place to get away! Wendy was very helpful and even upgraded us free of charge. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something private and peaceful.

This was a great stay and easily accommodated all 8 of us. Loved the themes of the rooms. We were very busy at an event nearby but the property would be a great place to host family and friends and relax in the beautiful surroundings.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Cherry Blossom Cottage ! Located in a lovely historic part of town , the cottage is nestled amongst shady pine trees and very private on all sides. The interior decor is charming and all rooms were bright and spacious. Every cook will enjoy the new but retro style appliances and vintage decor of the fully stocked kitchen. From the Keurig coffee selection , and lots of kitchen staples, bathroom soaps etc, plenty of towels, to the W/D with provided detergent , the Hosts have thought of everything to ensure the guests comfort . The hot tub was so soothing every evening and located in a quiet & private spot in the back yard. We highly recommend this home away from home and hope to return again soon.

We can’t say enough nice things about our stay - it was absolutely fantastic. Home is beautiful and had everything we needed - incredible charm of a historical home but not sacrificing on comfort and functionality. Everything about the house was exactly as advertised which is much appreciated. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere - quick walk to Whiskey Row just as advertised. Would absolutely recommend this home and can’t wait to visit again - thank you very much!

What a special place! It was great to unplug at Rennie & Andrea’s place. The location is perfect, located really close to Sedona, Clarkdale and Cottonwood city center. I highly recommend this place, it felt very private and relaxing.

Great place to stay in Prescott that is very close to whiskey row. Jon was great and very responsive when we messaged him. Would definitely stay again. We saw deer every day just wandering around the property.

Deb’s place was comfy and felt like home. My daughter stayed in the loft and enjoyed her own private balcony and bathroom. My partner and I slept well in the master bedroom downstairs. We loved playing checkers and listening to records as a family, together. My partner loved the back patio and yard area. The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances and spices. The house was quiet and relaxing. We walked to the cvs and it was a pleasant walk.

Such a nice little cozy space to just relax and get away for the weekend. Lots of stores and entertainment also close by. Wonderful backyard for the pup. Overall had a great stay here would do it again!

This place was amazing!! It was prefect for the whiskey 50 bike race because it was close to the start and all the venues. Jenny was so easy to communicate with and had the place looking great! 10/10 experience!

We had a great stay at Shelia’s place! No issues whatsoever. Loved having tea and coffee available to us and being able to enjoy it on the patio. Shelia was very responsive and communicated well during check in and throughout the stay. Downstairs is definitely not for little kids or older people but a nice space for others. The place is a nice distance to walk to downtown, whiskey row, etc. Also nice location to get to Prescott Valley and shopping at places such as Target, Costco, etc. Would stay here again!

Kerrie and her co-host were very responsive with anything needed, which really wasn't anything at all. The Cottage is exactly as described and was perfect for our occasion of being near downtown Prescott. Great host and great place! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Amazing Host!! The cabin is in a beautiful location with a breathtaking view. The entire space is clean and beautifully decorated. Host is extremely hospitable and incredibly helpful.

Comfortable historic little house in a quiet neighborhood: exactly what we needed after working the Verde Valley Birding & Nature Festival. Especially loved the California King-size bed, and the brewery around the corner. Only a few miles to the busy town of Cottonwood with many restaurants, and centrally located to explore other areas like Jerome and Sedona. Jan is a wonderful host: she even put out a seed block because she knows I love birds:-)! Will be back!

What an amazing space. Exactly as described and the perfect rental to feel like you are in your own home with gorgeous views. I wish I could have stayed a week!!

David and Deb’s place is amazing! Clean, close to town, beautiful decorated, we stayed over New Years and the Christmas decor was such a wonderful touch! I loved that the kitchen and living room were together, we had plenty of room to all hang out together. Not to mention the beds and furniture were so comfortable. Loved the thoughtful selection of games. Also loved the front porch and patio. Great views and very peaceful. I look forward to staying here again! Thank you David and Deb for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Way better than described. Super nice upscale neighborhood close to downtown. VERY quiet. The unit was HUGE! and incredibly spacious. Great outdoor patio off the main room. I will definitely go back next time I am in Prescott.

If you’re looking for an authentic cabin vibe in the woods, this cabin is for you. We had everything we wanted for our family Christmas vacation. This gorgeous home has it all! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking & baking. So much room for everyone to relax & socialize, space for little ones to be loud and run around! We couldn’t ask for more! We Highly recommend!
