První ložnice se nachází v přízemí kde je prostorné dvojlůžko. Zde se též nachází obývací prostor a jídelna. Je určen pro hosty, kteří chtějí strávit klidnou dovolenou kousek od Plzně v malebné krajině pod zříceninou hradu Radyně.
