The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

This bed sit looks out two large windows/doors, onto beautiful bush and a creek bordered by huge manna gums. The main house's back garden surrounds the unit which is full of light and beauty. There is a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a small kitchen area with a microwave, jug, toaster, sandwich maker and bar fridge and a small couch with a large TV. This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly.
