Just a few minutes walk will immerse you in stunning panoramic views where you can take in the wild and rugged beauty of the Yorkshire moors. You won't believe Manchester is so close.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Lovingly restored to a very high standard, the Old Chapel Schoolhouse is a holiday cottage full of character, and seamlessly combines many original features, such as exposed stone fireplaces, stone flagged floor, waxed floorboards, traditional old beams and antique furniture meshed with contemporary fixtures and fittings. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.
