Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping.
